Despite the tense atmosphere, Kazama and Haruto seemed to do pretty well. You can tell they still consider each other friends. Kazama isn't behaving like a man going all out to win a girl. Well, keeping Haruto around accomplishes 2 things: 1) someone to take care of Eba after he's gone and, more importantly, 2) he'll eat well until the day he dies. Haha. Mmmmmm....beef stroganoff... |

She is a complete bitch right now, she hurt Haruto so deeply by dumping him out of the blue and treating him as if he was a stranger in front of Kazama, AND, obviously, pretending to love Kazama out of pity, AND I'm pretty sure her thought patterns are something like "Haruto will always like me so I will go out with him again when Kazam dies". >________________> |
| Good to know that kazama and haruto stays the same back then wherein they already have a war for love... it certainly looks like that kazama wants them to be together again XD he is that kind of person i guess |

| I'd say it looks more like Kazama really only wants to be surrounded by friends, without them being focused on him being sick. To him this is the best way. Haruto is going to be visiting him as long as Eba is there, Mishima will probably follow, giving him a lively last 12 months or so without people worrying over him all the time. Plus, judging from Haruto planning to make the food Kazama requested, he is also thinking the same. That he can enjoy his time with Kazama, while chasing Eba. Haruto picking on Kazama really confirmed this, showing that he is "playing the villain". Im also betting that unless the author is going to wrap it up soon, we will probably start seeing more Mishima x Haruto stuff, to slow down story and build tension in the group. |

This whole competition thing is more of entertainment for him in his final year, while also showing them how much they truly love each other. Decent chapter and i know others thought it was boring, but it was necessary in the story line to show that hint of Kazuma making her eat the egg and Eba letting some of her emotions leek out. |
