| An episode with a main event coming up but less funny things. The best funny moment was Maria of course making owning that official. Didn't find the things about the chief very amusing. This development could prove to be very interesting in the next few episodes though. |

| Behind the uber quirky characters and absolute random humour, there's a actually a very straightforward message here. Riku's dads words about freedom, rights and property are a powerful social message. The wealthy use the law to live as they desire shutting alternative ways of life out. |

| funny stuff XD the fire team work was funny as hell, lol Mayor loves to screw around and nobody seems to be bothered by it. the fire didn't spread despite some of the flames got swept in another grass :P one of my favorite is where Sister was supposed to be arrested due to his multiple crimes and status, and how the only way they can talk out of a situation is speakee japanese XD Maria in black dress!! soo sexy and hot!!!! im glad Nino is making a stand out and not willing to back down!! go Nino!!! Character Art!! last 3 episodes :( |

| "Nihongo, wakarimasen~" lol Sister xD But yeah, I think so too, Riku is indeed afraid that his father will find out about his under-the-bridge life, but actually his real concern is the safety of the Arakawa people. Though, if that happens he can go back to his luxurious, modern and easy life.. haha, Riku.. he's already attached to their company and considers the time they spend together precious ;) He has changed... umm no, rather than changed, I think a better word would be he has grown. Riku is basically a good person, so by accepting the things around him as they are while at the same time considering them valuable, also no longer thinking only about himself but also thinking about the people around him, he is growing into a more better person. |
