| Well, the series just stopped making sense, eyes everywhere. The "Father" sure has a God complex, that ignorance, he thinks he can become God, that was funny. |

| That last scene was outrageous. I almost want to see him succeed just to see what God looked like and what would happen after. |
| I have to say, as a villain, Father is quite a boring one, thankfully we have the other homunculus, for example Bradley, a far more interesting character who actually got some development and is not just a one dimensional villain, also his fights are always awesome. And that scenes at the end, with those gates, that was great, very well done. |

| As others have mentioned, EoE vibe for sure. So we've got 4 episodes left for "God" to decline "Father" and for the crew to come back of some sorts, or maybe this is it and the world is effed :D Great episode though, even when "Father" anticipated Greed to come back for the same power he wanted, as it's exactly his greed. |

| I was expecting something less grandiose, instead seeing it again, this episode is amazing in its expressive power. The Father's plan is so great that it leaves you stunned and terrified, but "little ants" work incessantly, LOL! It was a pleasure to review this episode. |

| Simply: wow. This episodeeft me speechless after seeing everyone dying and Father becoming a powerful giant. I knew this Promised Day would be epic and such, but what I have just seen went beyond my expectations. |
| No matter how hard they tried, Father still got what he wanted and stole all the souls of everyone in Amestris so he can feed himself to get big enough to reach for the skies and bring God down to the earth along with him. Watching all the characters I've known and loved lifelessly falling down to the ground as the whole country shines red under an eclipse reminded me too much of another dreadful event I had to go through in a certain anime. |

| what a scary episode oh my my my just the sheer scope of what father has done is terrifying, how the heck is he supposed to be defeated?? will everyone's souls be restored and how?? this is just indescribably intense other comments about the episode include but are not limited to: - liked ed vs pride and the short guy references, glad to know something hasn't changed haha - wrath vs scar was really good, and scar using alchemy! his left arm is also usable! that was unexpected! - greed turning up out of nowhere, nice try my dude but father did the same thing he did in xerxes #flex - may vs father! may is adorable and so badass but father is a whole new level, i hope she is ok poor mustang i'm still so sad and shocked at how unbearably cruel episode 59 was to him |
| i'm speechless at the insane magnitude of what happens, especially when it shows everyone in amestris affected (winry and pinako!). father is really formidable and horrifying. great fight scenes too |
This scene was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Great job to everyone, they definitely did their thing! |

| This episode was mindblowing to say the least. Fathers plan really was a masterful one and it seem to have suceeded to its full extent |
| Yay, they explained why they didn't just create all of the sacrifices by force (at least in part.) It's a little irritating that Father was able to predict Greed's actions so effectively; I would assume instead that Father would have a really hard time predicting the actions of his homunculi children since they would be based on emotions he no longer possesses. Even with vast intellect, if you can't feel something, you can't really understand it and therefore you would be terrible at predicting it. |
