| Again... THIS DOESN'T DISAPPOINT! I loved the sex puns in this episode! It had hilarious and heart warming moments. Yoko shines in this episode with a bang. I can't get enough of the over-the-top-ness of this anime! |

| Another general goes down! The underwater action was pretty nice too lol, although I still prefer land combat. Nia's hair cut looks pretty nice, kinda reminded me of Eureka 7 in a way. Some good development between her and Yoko too. ^^ Loved the fan service too, that was so frekin awesome! |

Another awesome episode. I hope it will get better and better. Btw, i just have to praise the old ninja man.. he just appear out of nowhere but he is really dependable. And I also like the dude who just fire without any second thought. He is so hilarious... And that scene where Yuko was shooting Nia was epic.. Nia is so calm too.. I like her more now. But poor viral. He is starting to look pathetic to me.  |

| I'm so close to dropping this. Kamina and Adiane were my favourite characters and now they're both dead. There isn't really a lot that keeps me going, I'm just hoping Yoko dies too because I hate her so much. Overall nice episode. |

| Nice episode as usual. Underwater fighting was awesome, and actually a little suspenseful. Plus, another of the four generals goes down. I'm really enjoying the breakneck pace: very atypical of a mecha show. |
| Obligatory beach fanservice episode with a half decent twist. Suspense isn't massively prominent in this show with all the fighting, but I enjoyed the tension as Nia was held "hostage" and Yoko was aiming her gun.. |

| It wasn't particularly good or bad. For a beach episode it did okay. The part near the end with Yoko shooting through Nia's hair was pretty sweet. As an aside, I usually like long hair more, but the shorter haircut suits Nia well too. The action was decent. Hopefully Yoko will get some more moments to shine in the future. I still like Nia's character. 'Not much else to say. |

| is it me or do more giant drills just seem to come out of nowhere on Gurren Lagann whenever its convenient? I thought the action was lacking, what it was lacking I'm not entirely sure, but I didn't feel the underwater fight wasn't that great. Yoko getting jealous of Nia was comical enough though Yoko couldn't stay upset with Nia being such a sweetheart. The hostage situation was cool. boy they are just plowing through the beastmen forces with half of the generals dead. I actually didn't mind the haircut, i always thought the coloring of her hair was the thing that looked best about it and it still has that going on. |
| I like the pacing of these arcs so far, they keep things interesting. Nice relationship building between Yoko and Nia. Awesome fight, as usual. And now the obligatory swimsuit episode is out of the way, woopdedoo. |
| 2 generals down, 2 to go. Almost at the halfway point. I liked Nia's long hair but she looks great with short hair. I feel like Viral is gonna be the final boss instead of the Spiral King. Great episode as usual. |
