In chapters 82-83 sensei Koumi'ishi talks abot Alpha Koumi'ishi (director Alpha from the aircraft Taapon), also known as the Phantom...
and the description matches perfectly Misago...the hair colour...how she loves the water...and how she hates clothes...
or maby a more rudimentar model...A7M0...
Misago an A7M0...Alpha Koumi'ishi an A7M1...Alpha Hatsuseno an A7M2...and kokone an A7M3....
it's kinda logical too...

Yeah, we've had our share of theories about the Misago.

Consider the differences between the M1, M2, and M3 types though. With the exception of Alpha's inability to digest animal protein, we're given no other indication that they're functionally different from each other. In addition to that, their personalities are indistinguishable from those of regular humans.

It's possible that the Misago may have been one of the earlier prototypes since the area has had the privilege of having the 2 Alphas at some point. Given how different the she is in terms of physical and mental capability though, I don't think she could be on the same level as the other A7s yet. As such, other people have hypothsized that she was probably an A6 at the very latest.

Ayase says that the Misago was apparently around before the robots were made.
