| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The action here is pretty awesome, Ulquiorra was really giving it to Ishida :D For once, Inoue's healing ability actually failed to work and it's better than she trying to heal everyone all the time. Once again Ichigo's hollow came to the rescue and seeing the power difference, Ulquiorra is gonna die pretty soon. |

| Someone needs to seriously kill Orihime. She had like what? 4 lines in total? But repeated it over 9000 times in the episode. I was surprised they pulled in the upgrade so soon. I was totally expecting that to be at the very end of the episode as the cliffhanger. I find it strange that they censored Ishida's arm getting ripped off but not Ulqiourra's. Terrible. munchine said: I don't get any kickout of the idea Ichigo had to use his hollow form, but it was a good fight. Ichigo was pretty much dead. Only the high-speed regeneration from his hollow side could've saved him. It was about time his hollow side got an upgrade anyway. He's already reached the known limits of a shinigami with his bankai and his mask only upgrades his shinigami powers. It's high time he started exhibiting some hollowness. |

| awesome episode! It's been a long time since a bleach episode was this good! I got chills when ichigo picked up his sword after the transformation, awesome !! Also, the animation is very good, and the battle, it was so fluid and awesome to watch, that cero battle was mind blowing! I was expecting a lot less... I'm so glad i was wrong! |

| A-W-E-S-O-M-E ! ! ! I was desesperatly waiting for some new power or transformation from Ichigo and here we go! Liked the mask and the long hair; the shriek was cool as well. He kicked Ulquiorra's ass (it seems) and finished him (again: it seems) with an all badass style. Nice episode that contained lots of action and epicness, this really gets me excited with Bleach all over again : D akihikosama said: Most likely, lol! And then Orihime will "calm his heart". | For once, I call BS on Bleach. But I'm sure we've all been over this before. 8/10 > 7/10, and now cuz of this episode -> 6/10. Ulquiorra goes to level 2, is untouchable, such a power difference...then suddenly ichigo jumps that by two levels, rofl ! Such BS. Oh well, I understand that it was from him becoming more hollow-like or a hollow or w/e. Still....just too much overwhelming power. I don't mind "power" jumps/upgrades, but going from one person being untouchable, to the next untouchable, then suddenly someone else untouchable, etc, back and forth too quickly makes a show suck for me. /Godmode 1 (Activated). Still a kool episode I suppose. /rant over. |

| I first saw this fight in the manga and it freaked me out when Ichigo transformed but it was sooo awesome and I couldn't wait until it was animated and now that it's here I think I can die happy ^^ Can't wait to see the upcoming captain/espada fights to be animated! |

Oh, and Orihime will say Ichigo's name a bunch of times. I imagine it'll go something like that. I could be wrong, but I doubt i'm too far off. Well... Somebody give me a fucking medal. |

| i really liked this episode. they did of great job of making this fight and how they made ichigo's full hollow form look. the action was really cool and nice like with the flaming blast right after the clash of the two ceros. so voerall it was a great episoe with great action and eye candy. |

| lmfao so this episode kind of almost restored my faith in bleach, even though i saw it all coming yeah this was a pretty good episode, something i haven't seen in bleach in a looonnng time and orihime, i actually didn't mind her this episode, last few episodes i was ready to throw a lamp -hahaha or relampago im so funny- at her but i felt bad for her this ep, being the weakling of the bunch who can't do shit has to hurt, seeing your chance out of prison crushed has to hurt it's like the fat kid who hangs out with a bunch of skinny kids (did not mean to be offensive) 4/5 something i have not given bleach in a long time..i think :/ |

| Dear GODS that was lame! Ishida was supposed to LOSE that arm! If the rest wasn't still good I'd consider quitting the anime by now and sticking to the manga, everyone's injuries are being trivialized, like Rangiku getting hit by Allon yet keeping a chunk of meat... And with the stuff to come in Karakura... it's gonna be weak. In the original story, i.e the manga, Ishida loses his arm. He doesn't die or anything. This isn't a change of script, it's stupid censorship. Ulquiorra lost his arm though, so I don't see why Ishida got away with some pathetic bruises. I don't see how that matters when censorship is concerned. If one character's loss of arm isn't removed, why is another character's loss of arm? Both of them were supposed to lose an arm, yet in the anime, Ishida doesn't. It's kinda stupid. |
