| Awesome movie. 9/10 The airplane incident only happened because of that stupid make up artist. =P -1 point because the mystery wasn't as strong and there wasn't enough Kid stealing jewels. |

OK, now THAT was great. Very exciting stuff to be sure. Kaitou Kid, the troll with the heart of gold. :D The action scenes stole the show for this one, the actual murder felt like an afterthought and I even correctly guessed the culprit. That hang glider/para glider chase was thrilling enough, but then we got the airplane disaster movie complete with Ran confessing to Shinichi! And there was even a little Kogorou x Eri teasing thrown in as well! Speaking of, Kogorou made one of the most epic facial expressions in anime history in this movie! :D So yeah, very solid film. 8/10 :) |

| i think a very interesting detail in the movie is, when Nakamori pinches Shinichi's face to determines if he's the real Shinichi, there was no mask. I did not understand that part first, how come he disguised himself and there was no mask? Well, i read the wiki page afterwards, and everything became clear. The reason he's not wearing a mask is because Kaito already looks like Shinchi, therefore he doesn't need to wear mask to disguises himself as him.. Very interesting.. |
| I used to live in Hakodate and got so excited about them going there. I was hoping to see the town anime version, but I guess I'll have to keep my hopes up for another segment taking place in Hakodate. |

| great movie! one thing I don't get from the comments here... why the ending is twisted? I double checked the scene where ran talked to Shinichi (Conan) at the Phone, and else then saying that the One who Jumped from the Plane was Kid's 手下 (sorry I forgot how to say it in English lol) so again, what was I missing there? |
| I never liked Kid this much in the manga. I hope he plays an important role in the final battle between Shinichi and BO. This movie doesn't make sense (well, this series never did) but I just liked the whole insanity of the deal. |

| I know this anime is mostly unbelievable things, but every moment after the radio tower lost contact with the plane was like 10x more unbelievable. You telling me the passengers were not panicking like crazy after an engine broke? Anyways movie had good action and suspense during the landing. I’d give it a 7/10 |

| I like how we have a follow up of the school festival mini-arc with Ran's emotional outburst. I always thought that Ran accepted Shinichi running off too easily and the movie gave me that one extra push that I wanted, even if it ultimately amounts to nothing because non-canon. The subtext of Kid being smarter than Conan is great. He knew that the place would be too dark as soon as Conan suggested the landing point, so he faked the arm injury, got Ran into the pilot seat, evacuated the passengers, all to make it so he could bail out and set up the light when needed. I dislike how every movie so far felt the need to add over the top action scenes with either a full on fight, a chase, or lots of fire and explosion. The trend sadly will continue from the look of it... Also, the killer probably is haunted for life. Her plan of killing 1 person almost ended with hundreds of casualties including herself. |
