| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Drosselmeyer seems to be enjoying himself quite a bit at the expense of everybody. It looks like Edel might be losing favor with him due to her emotional acts though. I guess it isn't too bad that Ahiru revealed her secret to Fakir. If anyone else learns to just take her pendant she could be in trouble. |

| Drosselmeyer cares too much about stories, indeed. I don't like Fakir still, but this episode is so adorable. Also, Rue and Mytho, laying together, naked. Mytho being ordered around.. ...rape. o.o I was wondering when someone was going to find out she was a duck.:3 And how her being naked would be dealt with. I love how she forgets about being naked. |

| This episode really represented how love can make someone crazy. I was starting to think maybe Edel-san was bad, so this episode was good to see. I love that he keeps saying "not knowing your role is dangerous." Um. Fahkir was really adorable in this episode. |

You know, I only started watching this anime today, but when this scene popped up about how Fakir read the story of the Prince and the Raven to Mytho when he was younger, coupled with the dramatic classical music in the background and the general setting of the scene (an abandoned cavern and lake underneath a church?) it suddenly hit me that I'm watching one of the most epic fantasy animes I've ever seen. This story is so gripping... I have a hard time believing that this would be relegated to mere children's entertainment. |

| Wow, all of that bonding between Ahiru and Fakir was great. Kraehe and Drosselmeyer colluding was pretty interesting. Reality and story interacting with one another, eh? "A living story" indeed. Mid-season climax incoming, it seems. |
| Holy moly! The plot! The music! The feelings! This anime really progressed a lot, it's simply amazing. I like how Rue started out as someone who could become a friend of Ahiru, but now is the villain. Fakir started out as an asshole, but now we grew to like him and see him in a different light. And I am really curious to see whether Edel-san will play a bigger role in the future, or whether she'll remain a puppet... You have to give Drosselmeyer that: He does have a talent at telling exciting stories! :D 5/5 for this episode. My tentative rating for the series improved from 8/10 to 9/10 if it keeps up this quality. It looks like we are approaching the "mid series finale", so things will probably be calmer in future episodes. |
| Why is everyone saying that Drosselmeyer is the villain and the author, when he is clearly a meta commentary on the viewer? A nice episode. The interactions between Tutu and Fakir were hysterical. Edit: Hmmmmm... seems like my poor attempts at sarcasm can go undetected. |

| This episode feels more like a lead upto a series finale than it does a 12th episode. I'm guessing the next episode is the end of this particular arc. And also, I knew Fakir was going to get more likable. Such a classic shoujo trope, not that I mind. |
