*When Triake saw her open her eyes, he had to stop himself from jumping to hug her. Instead he smiled while his wings quivered.* Nicole! How are you feeling now? *He moved closer so she wouldn't have to speak loudly. He kissed her hand and gave her a smile.*

*looking at triake made her very happy and she smiled some more* i...i feel..a little better...*she wanted to laugh but had to cough 3 times, and felt the pain again*

*That was the best news Triake had heard for a long while... his wings flapped tiredly as he nodded but he became worried when she coughed.* The nurse said you should rest and have lots of water... Are you hurting anywhere?

c..can i..have...s..some water?..*she coughed again and looked very tired*

*Triake takes out a bottle of water from his pouch and unscrews the cap with his wings so he can keep Nicole's hand in his.* Here you go, it's not too cold... do you want me to hold it to your lips or are you rested enough to do it yourself? *He holds out the bottle, ready to help her drink or give her the bottle.*

t-thank you..*she tried to move her arm but the pain was to worse* c..could you..h-help me?..*she smiled shy to him*

*Triake saw she was in pain so he stood up. As she asked, he couldn't help but smile at her while held the bottle to her lips, he tilted very slowly so she wouldn't have lots of water pouring into her mouth.* Of course! You just stay still and I'll help nurse you back to health! *He thinks for a moment then asks* Are you hungry?

*the water was really refreshing, and it made her temperature go down a little* ..h-hungry?..*she didnt knew if she was hungry or not, but she felt to sick to eat right now* ...no..i..i dont feel like..e-eating..right now..s-sorry..*she coughed again*

*Triake pulled his chair closer, worried.* Okay... maybe a bit later... you need to keep your strength up... umm do you like porridge or soup?

uhm..s-soup would be nice! *she coughed a lot, and she felt the pain getting worse, so she closed her eyes again* i...i need to rest...i-im..sorry..*coughes*

*Triake's smile vanished as a look of worry came over him.* No no! It's okay! You don't have to talk or be sorry. *He kissed her hand again.* I don't want you to be hurting! I have soup in my pouch, warm tomato soup and a few others.... when you are ready for them. *Triake stroked her hair as he felt a wave of tiredness hit him, his wings drooped for a second but he shook his head and continued to watch over her.*

*she was happy to hear he had tomato soup since it was her favorite, but also heard he was very worried and wanted to make sure he doesnt have to worry much* ..t-triake..i...*coughes* i will be..okay..*she smiled one last time and then rest*

*Triake smiles at her but as soon as her eyes close, he becomes worried again.* I love you Nicole... *He stayed next to her just in case she needed him for anything.*

*2 hours later she woke up, but still seemed very tired, she was wondering if triake was still there but it was really hard for her to open her eyes again, and so she softly speak* t..triake..k-kun?..

*He saw her stir and he squeezed her hand.* I'm here Nicole-chan... I'm right here, do you want anything? *His wing quivered. He smiled in case she opened her eyes.... he didn't want her to think he was still worried*

*she was glad to hear he was still there and softly smiled* t-triake..i..would like to sleep some more.. p-please dont stay...here..i..want you to be happy..and..have fun..o-okay?..*coughes* i..will be fine..d-dont worry...

*Triake shook his head.* But what if you need something?! Or... what if you want me for something... I'm okay staying with you... really, you mean alot to me so I want to be with you. *He tried to smile but he didn't want to leave her when she was ill.*

i-its okay t-triake...kun... *coughes* ..i'll just go sleep...and you will be..bored..waiting for me..t-to wake up... *coughes* i..really wish to t-talk..with you..b-but.. if i sleep..i dont f-feel the pain..s-so please..d-dont wait for me..t-to wake up.. *coughes and took a deep breath*

*Triake didn't know what to do, he looked at the animal that was lying at the foot of her bed, was the dark furred creature her pet?* I wouldn't be bored but... O-okay... I'll go if you want I don't want you to feel even worse. *Looked at the animal and it looked back at him.... they seemed to come to an understanding.* Just... call for me if you need me, okay? *His wings drooped a little as he felt a bit useless now.*

i..i will..*she almost fell asleep again but before she did she wanted to say one thing more* t-triake..k-kun.. i..i love you..*then she quickly fell asleep with a smile on her face*
