Hey Winged_Phantom do the characters have to be "crazy" killers or just killers like I dunno Enma Ai and Lucy from Elfen Lied

And yeah like I said I added Light Yagami and Mikami from DN.
(they kill with a smile on their face )
And Hajime Muroto from the second season of Gantz.
(this guy is sick,he kills people for fun,if someone is a psychotic maniac then this is he)

The info in the DB is very little about whether he should be added in. Have you seen the anime/manga? If you have do you think he enjoys killing or likes to randomly kill people? If he does there is no reson to not add him.
