According to the official blog, seiyu Goto Yuko had a throat surgery this April and left the hospital on May 6th. She will take a voice rehabilitation and will return to work this June. Source: Goto's blog Updated on June 3rd Goto updated her blog that she has returned to work. She had been nervous before the recording but the condition of her voice turned out to be almost perfect. her voice can be annoying at times(thinking of Lamune and Special A here) so I hope rehab does her voice wonders...Mikuru will always be her redeeming feature ...anyways hope she gets well |

Wish for her to get well, and that it won't affect her unique voice. She did a great job on i.e. Mikuru. |

Well, she's done for. I remember listening to a song done live after Meat Loaf had his first throat surgery, the poor bastards never sounded the same since. They might have to voice synthesise for the rest of the series for Mikuru now. All of my FAL results so far. |
