| She's naked in front of him and there is no reaction from him whatsoever I would lose all confidence as a woman lol. The Maniwa insect squad is kinda cute, I almost feel sorry for them taking on Manami, she has brain and brawn how horrifying! She's a genius that can learn a technique just by seeing it once. Where is the fight we saw on the preview?! |

| I think I've fallen in love with Nanami. She's just so frail-looking and just gives off that creepy smile; oh how lovely. The flashbacks were great... the huge heads and all. Hopefully she does join them or something because I would like to see more of her. |

| So the previous episode's preview of this episode had something that wasn't shown? Oh well, I hardly ever watch the previews so I didn't 'lose' anything. Of course I watched it afterwards and it was cool. However, I think there was a reason why they did it. Let's me try to explain it shortly: The preview showed the fight (or parts of it) with Sabi, Nanami can instantly learn anything she sees and Shichika and Togame talked about the fight with Sabi. Think about it. You who have watched the preview before this episode. You remember the preview quite well, don't you? All that cool action and those moves and such. See, you are almost like Nanami! Seeing something just once is usually enough for learning the principles. The second time reinforces it. E: some corrections |

| THE PREVIEW LIED But the series just gets better and better. I was soo excited for Sabi though ;___; They better show that fight somehow someday (I wouldn't mind even if it has to be in the DVD version) or I swear I will destroy something. And this one had the best ninjas. They all died like the rest (When Mitsubachi attacked "MITSUBACHI WHAT ARE YOU DOINGGGGGGGGG"), but they were really likable and seemed more like characters than punching bags. It didn't have the witty jokes of the previous episodes, but this was a great episode and is probably what many of us thought the series would be. PS Nanami is creepy, but I love her. |

The fighting was decent but the talking killed what little appear this episode had....at least for me anyway. I can understand them trying to tell a story but when you describe every little detail and say the same thing 4 different ways it get's old fast. |

Well that's the way Nishio writes his novels, his characters are always pretty talkative. On the other hand he almost never gives any big descriptions on sorroundings or characters appearances apart from the most basic things (at least that's the image I gained...but I still have to read a real novel, not light novel, by him). If you're not into so much talking, or at least not in relation to the rather minimal action, it's not really going to get any better except for the last volume. |

| Woo, almost-yandere Nanami. I predict a showdown between her and Shichika at the end of the series for whatever reason; perhaps she is a certain 'blade' he has to capture, or something. It'll have something to do with what Sabi was saying about Kyotouryuu as a sword constructed by Shikizaki Kiki, in any case. Speaking of Sabi, I was really pissed we didn't get to see the fight with him. D: He was my favourite "villain". |

Turns out they didn't show it at all. SO FURIOUS! I seriously feel scammed. Worst than Endless Eight as I never really payed attention to that. |

| Other than everyone complaining about Sabi fight... Nanami can now float in the air. In other words, she is no longer stranded on the island. And the skills she learned (gravity defying + hand transformation into claw + poison bullets fit her style perfectly) Really HAX skill there. I think a great evil has just been unleashed on the world. The Insect Corp opened the Pandora's Box..... Endless Eight was fail trolling. This is successful trolling. |

I don't watch previews, so now I'm going to have to watch next month's preview, and last months. But on to the episode. I FUCKING LOVED THIS EPISODE! This has to be one of the best single episodes I've seen in a while, if not just the plain best. I've never been so caught off guard by a character, so to have her totally reveal herself in this single episode was fantastic storytelling. I liked the show as it is sticking to the formula, so to just totally break out of the structure a pay next to no attention to Shichika and Tomoe, instead make it about Nanami, and then make me feel like she's one of my favorite female characters ever (depending on how the show goes) is just too much. Then, to get trolled at the end, by having blatant exposition over the fight that was teased at the beginning, is just a blanket statement about what the show is about. I bemoaned it not showing the fight, and instead having a bit of a slide show. I can't say that that changed this week, but I can't really say that I care since the direction was absolutely perfect. Nothing was wrong with this episode. And little Shichika and Nanami are cute. Bumped up from a 7 to a 9. |

| I was waiting for some nice fighting scenes and i got a lot of talking and some still images... lol... Yet was nice to see the sister again and now that she can fly, she dont need to stay on the island and i hope she go to travel with them. |

| .... I was all looking forward to this months episode based on the preview from episode 3 and I was hyped up for it, only to be dissapointed, nanami didn't make up for the fight between sabi and shichika. The fight coulda been one of the best fighting scenes in an anime ever |

| Dare I say it? Dare I say it? Yes, I will. GODDAMN, that was AWESOME. I've never enjoyed being trolled like this ever. I love them for that. Also, Namami @A@. I can honestly say she scared the living shit out of me in a way nothing I've seen till now has done. This combination of fear and intrigue really bumped this show for me. Props to Mai Nakahara for voicing Nanami. Nisioisin, you're a master trollwriter for doing this. |

| Just wow. Whatever anyone might say, this show never disappoints me. Onee-chan is so creepy and scary~ To be able to learn any technique after seeing in once... Though I wonder why they omited the main battle and then teased us with the conversation the leads were having about how difficult the battle was... At first I was like: d'awwwww, Nanami-chan is kawii. And then I was like... delicious yandere is scary, brrrrrr. This is the best episode yet, imo, and by far. I only wish the whole show was like this from start. |

| This was the first episode of this I really really really liked. Couldn't stop being awed over how damn awesome Nanami is. It wasn't surprising per se, but that doesn't deprive her of awesomeness. Couldn't stop laughing over the anticlimax. That was one of the best set-up jokes I've seen in quite a while. I now feel I can say I love this show. |

| Oh gosh Nanami is creepy like hell, best character in the show I kind of feel bad for the the ninja's, they were decent guys, and lol at the " I am getting married after this mission", it's like the " I am one week away from retirement". Best episode so far. |

| What noteDhero said and anticlimactic final scene was anticlimactic. This is the best show I've seen in a while, bravo! I just wonder though where they're going with Nanami, is she going to start collecting swords on her own now and then we'll see a final battle or something between brother and sister? It does seem she's getting impatient with how slow her brother's quest is going and now she does have the means to escape the island. |
