Overall this was a better episode than the first one.

I dont think I've seen so many people die so fast since Higurashi either...

And I really really liked the OP and ED, but its to be expected from Lia

The OP was stunning, song-wise Lia-standard but overall really good, ED was okay.
Best part of this episode was Yuri's past. They brought a really frightening story there.
Their excavation to the Guild was not good, they all died spectacularly one after the other but you already know that they don't.. that steals the tension and the scales are off any rationalism.
Hope it will make a bit more sense with ongoing episodes, otherwise AB will be a big disappointment.

Considering the uproar that the first episode had, I'm surprised this thread is kinda slow.

The OP is nice but i just hope it had action sequence instead of having more of Tenshi playing piano sequence...
Never expect Yuri past like that....it's really affect much of herself.LOL all of the party members are dead in comical way...donno if I can take their "death" so seriously because they can re-spawn in any time.
Shiina death scene are hilarious XD
I agree with Hoary about their "death".It's just that the creator has just used them as canon fodder instead of giving any relevant characterization to each cast.

EDIT: About the OP,if they did similar style like this,that would be much better considering they have large cast:

The OP is stunning (animation-wise). I don't like the song much ... same for the insert from episode 1 ... they just don't click with me somehow.

ED is nice too...

Ive taken a liking for the OP as well. dont forget the ED is not bad! =)

As for the episode, I thought it was good, all the fighting etc underfround ^^
but then died...
The story plot is still pretty much confusing but hopefully by the ongoing episode it will clear out and become better. =)

That was one great OP. The way they were handling the episode, it just seems more and more like some kind of cyberworld. Seriously? Guild Accessway B1? Is this some kind of RPG stuck in the Matrix or something? Yuri's past was pretty damn dramatic but I guess that wasn't the cause of her 'death'.

While some parts of the animation still seems shaky, the OST so far sounds amazing. I'm just totally digging the rapid piano parts. They seem to be focusing most of their animation budget into the fight scenes. At least this episode didn't seem as QUALITY as the first.

i actually think that yuri is kind of special since she apparently was the only one to remember how she died. In fact, she might not have died at all. Lets see what happens, i would like to rate the anime 9, but i have to keep watching it

It is kinda reminding me of The World Ends With You. Almost the same concept.

Yay Lia did the OP :D. Decent episode. Lacking humor and didn't really find Yuri's past all that sad. I'm starting to think they won't be able to do much in only 13 episodes.

dude expected from lia. Amazing intro and ending. Cant wait for next ep

I am very pleased with this episode. I kind of teared up a bit when I saw T.K. heroically "sacrificed" himself. The part with the climbing did not feel forced at all. The pace was good.

TK=Effin best character in this show.

-Oh damn, Angel was hitting the right keys on the piano and everything (if she wasn't, the tempo was at least correct). I was a little thrown off because the way she's moving her body at some points doesn't really match the rhythm but still, stunning animation. Really liked the song and especially the piano (I play piano)

-And here it is, Key's infamous mood whiplashes. One minute the hi-larity ensues with the SSS trying to get past the traps (and dying) the next, we find out that Yuri's siblings were killed in probably one of the worst ways possible to do to a child. I mean...damn. And if Clannad has taught us anything, it's that they get the happy out of the way first so that stuff can really go down later.

-I see Angel and I'm like "OH S***! DOUBLE HAND SONIC!"

-"And I've taken a liking to you"
"Are you..."
NO!"

And now, I wait for the eventual rage over poorly animated scenes and RUINED FOREVER and HARUHI CLONE and crap.

EDIT: Oh yeah, why do we need five fansubs groups for this? Mazui is doing a great job, couldn't at least one of them be doing Rainbow?

OP is just amazing...

It's more enjoyable than ep.1. Ep. 1 was ... 意味不明. And why "dying (losing)" so many in one ep.?
