| Hey, I obviously love Jigoku Shoujo and I haven't seen too many animes. Amongst my favorite animes are: Jigoku Shoujo and Elfen Lied. I am going to watch Clannad soon since I heard so many good things about it, including Clannad ~Afterstory~. I plan to watch about 63 animes, do you think that's a little much? I mean really, I plan to watch more animes then I have already watched. Well, at least I will never get bored. My 'to watch' list just keeps on growing each day. :/ I want to lay off adding recommendations to my list, but if I absolutely have to, I will- haha. And just for all you to know, I like a good cry when I watch anime. That is one of the reasons I think Clannad and Clannad ~Afterstory~ would be ideal for me! I am currently watching 5 animes. Make that 6, if you count my 1 episode left of Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae. Basically it's 5 animes. :) I don't exactly love the art in xxxholic, but it seems to have a good story-line at 3 episodes, so I think I'll finish the series. Also, I don't plan to 'drop' any animes, how will I know the true anime if I don'twatch it all? I am enjoying School Rumble, it's a good comic relief to my more serious animes! Another anime I've started is Skip Beat!- it's pretty funny too, but the story seems enticing. Elfen Lied is such a great anime! I've only seen 8 episodes so far, but it's a masterpiece. I've heard so many good things about it that I just had to watch it. I was a bit thrown off the idea of the anime by all the ecchi, gore and blood, but what's underneath- the story- is really what counts, right? Elfen Lied is also the first ecchi I watched. Amongst my 'to watch' list, one anime I'm looking forward to is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, and the sequels to it. Is it good? I heard good things about it. I <3 Mamiko Noto and her music, and her voicing- she voices Enma Ai in Jigoku Shoujo, you know! :) Anyways, that's the gist of my anime so far, and a few of my to watch list. If you must give a recommendation, give it- but I warn you, my 'to watch' list will inevitably grow! Haha ;) I love the color purple. Recently I have also admired red. If I could have the color eyes of my choice, the right one would be purple and the left one would be red. I'd love to have some more friends on MAL, so feel free to send a friend request if you think we'd be good friend. Most club recommendations are accepted. MOST. So, that pretty sums me up. | @LoveEnmaAi: my god thats one long intro to reply back to so will keep adding to this post when i feel like adding in more parts ^^; first of all welcome to the club and hope you get much out of this club and enjoy it here ^^ well no need to worry about that,even counting us creator/admins and officers will know lots of anime for sure ^^ have watched both Hell Girl and Elfen Lied although Hell Girl is a bit depressing for my tastes so don't watch it much. ah's i'm not much of a Key Fan myself to judge but if you like Clannad should check out Air and Kanon as well. nah,its not to many..just look at my profile and think you will see why i say that. yeah,to be expected,i've searched through this database many times and every once in a while still add more lol.well it does help asking for recommendations and such even if its just for the sake of asking what to watch next or something works ^^. ah lolz,sad stuff isn't one of my biggest things but get them none the less so will keep that in mind for you for the future ^^ ah's a relatively basic amount,so not to bad i'd say ^^ meh,the art is fine i think but not the best either but the series is very good and highly recommend you continue ^^. i see,i'd think it would be better to just wait out 4-5 eps and if not good "drop" it but try it again at another time after a different series and when your in a different mood cause that drastically affects what you think of what you watch. School Rumble and Skip Beat are awesome ^^ but Skip Beat the anime ends when the manga keeps going so i'd read the manga afterwords if i where you or pray for a season 2..School Rumble suffers a similar fate but the anime covers the majority of that one ^^ Elfen Lied is very good,loved the series and oh? i loved it a lot with combination with the blood and gore as well as the few ecchi moments and well yeah the story and stuff is a very important factor but wouldn't call it the only thing either since not everything needs much of a plot to be good. i for one liked Higurashi no Naku Koro ni a lot but your going to face the same blood and gore issues again though. would comment on the VA but not big on knowing VA's to be honest thats fine,thats how it should be considering even i still ask from time to time and look at my plan to watch list..its huge lol. lolz,ah,purple is my mom's favorite but red is my 2nd or 3rd..Green is #1 for me and lol monochrome eyes. feel free to talk to me on my profile then ^^,if i end up liking you in the end will send/accept a friend invite ^^ not sure what you mean by club recommendations really,we haven't really given out general ones just answer the specifics who ask us what they was looking for ^^ and see ya later |
