No, they are not but. 1st: it is so close to Italiy that the N.A.T.O will think of it as a attck. 2nd: Monaco got some banks that is so importen to Europe that I don´t think that they will let us take it.   |

The only problem with Africa is that...There are alot of unrest but it is the only place we can start without beging overruned. |
