| Miria and Clare rocked in this episode! Clare was given the lowest number because they sensed her 'weak' yoma powers, right? But didn't we learn that she's able to supress them to the max? Her way of fighting the Awakened one was pretty awesome, I'm glad they didn't let her defeat it right away. The fight was kept interesting this way. And the explanation why there are male Awakened Beings was rather simple haha. Males are just going over the top too quickly. xD Screenshot: |

| Clare was awesome in this episode but, as Miria said, she still has a ways to go before she can go offensive/defensive more effectively. They should start moving Clare up a few ranks after this fight. |

| I was afraid that with all that talking (in the middle of a fight - I hate that) it would turn out to be a bad episode. Glad I was wrong. the second half was great. Yeah it was brought up during the last ep discussion that they were the mistakes of the past... yet I did not expect that they had a sort of sexual like pleasure from transforming ^^ answering to you question cyruz. My view is: Clare is still the weakest of them all in terms of yoma power. After all she's not 1/2 yoma but 1/4 instead. And has so I don't think she can increase her strenght so easily. Yet let's not forget that Teresa's greatest strength was her ability to read the yoki. Like Irene said, she was inferior to the other lower numbers in the specialities yet she could read all their moves perfectly. And seems she managed to pass that ability to Clare ^_^. So even if she's weak, if she can predict attacks before they happen she's gonna move up ranks has her ability increases. And now i'm gonna speculate again (thnx to bokurano i cant stop now) relating the reason they were sent there... |

| Just caught it. Was a really good episode. I liked how they showed Clare still have some weakness even though you found out her true power. Probably a true first time seeing that. Usually the main character completely obliterates their opponent after revealing their true power for the first time anyways. |

| Great episode indeed. Loved how Miria and Clared kicked ass. I agree with kayr that Clare is indeed the weakest. The reason why she looked so strong against the awakended being was like Miria said, she trained herself in order to fight them. I mean, the only reason Clare is a Claymore is to kill Priscilla. But man was it cool to see Clare fight like Teresa. I would love to speculate with you guys too but i already know why and what happens and it was obviously shown in this episode, though i'll leave it at that. Anyways, looking forward to the next episode. This show is a really well done adaptation. |

| That's why I never read the manga before the anime Faust. Since manga tends to be always (well most of times) better then the anime, since it approaches things more deeply and some things are cut in the anime. I would probably get disapointed if I read the manga first, while the otherway around is less likely.. anyways... I forgot to mention one thing though. There were in fact, successfully created male claymores... although they would go out of control pretty quick. Which means Raki can become one ^_^ .. although there's always the fact that he also can go out of control... eitherway, it would be something I'd definitly like to see. About the score... I had my doubts at first, but they are almost gone now. I won't score it just yet but if things keep going this way is probably gona get perfect score from me too. edit: oh one other thing... and this is harmless speculation so I'm not gona use spoiler tags. Since Clare is only 1/4 yoma, then she's 3/4 human (obvious I know... ^^) but my point is, since there's an unbalance between human and yoma parts, it can mean that she's probably has, or is capable of controling her powers on a larger level than her comrades... and can also explain how she was able to reverse her stages (with Raki's help), after passing her limit, on episode 3. |

In that case I wait till the anime is over, 'coz adaptations sometimes fail the "source", look at Berserk for example. And in Claymore's case, there are a few cut up scenes (though irrelevan) tat least from the first vol. Which I read. Edit: on another note, I like the way they're giving diferent Claymore diferent types of abilities and specially how they are nicknaming them... "Phantom Miria" and of course nothing beats "Bishou no Teresa" (Teresa of the Faint Smile) I wonder what nickname will Clare have ^^ |

| Oh, men. No control at all. :P Another great episode. Miria's reaction to the Awakened Beings tauntings about why they were sent there makes me wonder - I think you may be onto something, Kayr. I'm having a hard time coming with another scenario that would get that reaction. I keep waiting for Raki to rush out and do something stupid (wtf was that landlord thinking? lol), but so far he's behaving himself. Maybe they should experiment with some eunuch Claymores. | Great episode... I wonder how this 3 part saga will end. Miria is pretty bright as well, determining why Clare appeared so weak and concluding the reason for dropping her yoki levels so much. It's also nice to know that Clare understands that she still has a ways to go in terms of strength and ability. I wonder how much of a factor being only 1/4 yoma plays into her whole character. As for just plain weird... I really thought Miria was going to get raped. I mean the tongue and pinning her kept making me think to myself about a possible gory... I'll stop. Glad it didn't go that way. |

| Teresa? Who was that again? *completely turned over to Miria fangirlism* I had a theory along the lines of Kayrhandros' too. With the guy in the inn talking about Claymores never returning it seems pretty obvious they're being rid off, but not sure why. I considered that maybe those Claymores were close to their limits (those other two used techniques that supported this), so they were killed before they could become Awakened Beings, but Miria doesn't really fit this picture, and with the becoming Awakened not being a gradual process, it doesn't seem very likely. The only thing I have to hang on to this is that Deneve and Helen used those techinques, so they could be getting rid of Claymores that take more risk and thus could turn Awakened Being sooner than others. geeh *throws theory in the dump-box* |

| The way that episode went was pretty surprising. I assumed Clare was just going to become retardedly powerful and kick the crap out of the guy, but I like what they did a lot more. Also, Galatea is HOT. |

| So far, it is going according to the manga and the retelling in the anime has been fairly accurate. The battles just get better and better. The organization has a habit of sending certain claymores on 'suicide missions'. :) |

| This was very well done! A few things bothered me. One was the fact that the Awakened Being knew WAY TOO much. I definitely have zero trust for that organization. And the other was that one scene looked a whole lot like rape (you know what I'm talking about). But none of this takes away from a great ep. |

| doooood. epic. so epic. also, from just small things, you can see traces of Teresa showing in Clare. for instance, the moment when Clare balanced on the tip of the Awakened Being's tongue, much in the same way Teresa did with Priscilla's sword-tip in 8. I am very pleased with the way this series is turning out.... am officially a fanboy. |

| Miria was awesome XD My favorite Claymore so far(In term of fighting style). The way she care for others and fighting while looking so calm, fooling with her opponent with her mirage. Hope that we get to see more of Miria in action, I love the way she fights. |
