I want to know which Cardcaptor did you start with? Did you begin with the International Cut Version? Or did you start out with the original Cardcaptor Sakura Japanese version?

I'm just curious and want to know. I personally started with Cardcaptors but now I have Cardcaptor Sakura

But to be really honest, I started out with a differently cut version which was broadcasted in The Netherlands.
It wasn't as bad as Cardcaptors, but it still contained changes of names, script and some scenes were cut out. It also started from the real beginning, not the episode where Syaoran is introduced, like in CC.
Soon after I had seen a few episodes of this, I bought the uncut original CCS DVD's and I've watched them several times now, enjoying every second. ^-^

Started out with the English dub, Cardcaptors. I even remember the beginning!

The Secrets of the Clow, are all a mystery. But when this mighty book was open the cards were set free! CARDCAPTORS A MYSTIC ADVENTURE! CARDCAPTORS A QUEST FOR ALL TIME! Each card possesses a power that's old. We have to find them to bring the power home!

O_o;;; Eventually I started watching the Japanese version. Much better!

I started with CCS, i guess it's mainly because i was already a CLAMP fan even before CCS was released (RG Veda, X etc). So really, when they started CCS(manga) i was already buying that thus i started watching the anime when I saw it on the back of 1 of the earlier volumes.

Started with CC but than did some research and was surprised and horrid by what I have discovered, went and found/brought/obtained the subbed version asap =]

Yeah i watch some of the dubbed version I even have the kero-chan they were selling as prizes at i think burger king was it but yeah then i saw the uncut version online and got it! was so happy!

I saw the Australian dubbed version initially but i only vaguely remember it when one day I began watching CCS and never looked back!

Then several years later, I came across the manga.

I started out with CC. I was about 9 or 10 at the time when Canada HAD to get the butchered American version. XD

i started with CC too~
i used to looovve it :)
that was about the same time i thought pokemon and dragonball z were the greatest things since sliced bread ¬__¬

but thank god i found CCS online a few years ago<3
i rewatched some of the dub (like 5mins) and i couldnt believe i found it entertaining ..its TERRIBLE!!

but the CC op still pwns XD rofl

I started out with the Nelvana english dub Cardcaptors version which aired on Kids WB back in 2000,that was back before Kids WB changed to the CW4kids and back when Pokemon was still dominating the WB

than I got hooked to the original japanese uncut version"Cardcaptor Sakura" through fansubs

Started with CC though I never saw the whole series at that time. Then in January 07 I decided to watch the series in full, hearing CCS was better than CC, I watched CCS in full for the first time and what a great show it is.

I still remember the beginning and the very first episode I watched! CardCaptors was one of my favorite cartoons (since I didn't know it was anime) when I was a kid. I remember being so mad when they showed a re-run cause I wanted to see more Sakura and Syaoron xD

Eventually, when I got into anime (which wasn't too long ago) - I decided that I would re-watch CardCaptor Sakura, but this time in it's original. And low and behold - it's one of my favorite animes now ^_^

To be fair, I started with the CCS manga. :)

Anime-wise, I started with Cardcaptors, except the dub they showed here was all of the episodes in the right order. Only annoyance was that they used the english version of "Catch You Catch Me" for all of the episodes. I saw the sub in between dub seasons, and although I don't hate the dub (aside from the personality transplants), I prefer the sub.

I started out with the horrible Nelvenia dub!

i started with CCS ^^ ever since i was grade school, i'm watching it!!!!

at first i don't mind it but then.... i really love it 'till now!!!!
i also watch CC and it's good too! ^_^

I started with a CCS Latin version but it was just as the japanese one
