My favourite route would be Akiha's. I found the ending extremely sad, but the story itself is extremely well crafted. I loved the whole story, so picking only one route as a favourite is extremely hard, but Akiha came out on top (I'm a sucker for Tsundere characters.)

Dunno about my favourite route (Still haven't done Kohaku or Hisui's routes), but I just love Ciel's look when you embarass her (Ero scene). xD

I'll have to go with Akiha's route too. Husui's route had by far the best ending but the rest of the route was kinda meh; i dont feel it did Husui enough justice.

Though i love the game and its entirety those are my favorite endings in order. True or Good.

Arcueid's and Kohaku's are my two favorites. I didn't like the fact that a good portion (majority? it's been too long) of Hisui's route was taken up with a bedridden Shiki - that alone annoyed the crap out of me, because it seemed like almost nothing was going on, although once it got past that part it was much better. Ciel's and Akiha's routes I'm just sort of ambivalent on.

Akiha. She should be overthrown once Sacchin's route is released, though.
Second, Hisui.
Third, Arcueid.
Fourth, Kohaku.
Fifth, Ceil. Senpai's not Senpai without her glasses!

Was Akiha' route but after playing the game again, Arc's route is starting to creep into first place.

Hisui's True End is still the easily the best ending though. Hisui's final monologue, followed by the ending credits in all its musical glory is simply the best moment in the entire game; heck, its one of the best moments I have ever experience in any story. Ah... the bittersweetness of "life goes on" is killing me.
