Mika! I loved that argue between Fumi and Mika.
It must've been awful for Fumi to return to school with everyone being like that, seriously, who the hell would stand having people taking pictures and talking about you the first time you go to school for years.
And her mother, what the hell, she was just a sad bitch.

I really enjoyed this show, not enough to end up in my favorites but I'm giving it a 9/10.
And Fumika ftw~

good episode~

while watching the A part, I couldn't imagine how it ends within one episode. But it ended nicely. Fumi and Mika accepted each other as an individual being. Whole Shigofumi episodes has converged to the new relationship between Fumi and Mika. I wanna say thanks to J.C.STAFF for making a great series.

Oh.. i'm so glad it ended perfectly, i wanted more though. This is my best series for the season.


yep, i liked it too ^^ honestly i was moved. and peer pressure is scary, watching how everyone taking pictures and how natsuga's mom reacted reminds me of that

Very nice final episode! They sure put Fumi through a lot. But I loved it.

Very good final episode. Loved the part where Fumika is arguing with Mika.
Fumika's mother wasn't much diferent from Kirameki (I was actually wondering what kind of woman could hook up with him), except she isn't as crazy as him =P
Overall, really enjoyed this anime. Going to give it a 9/10.

This Series started so well, but left me a little disappointed after further episodes...

Ending: 8/10

I wasn't expecting the final episode to be this way. I thought the first half was good, but the Fumi/Mika fight felt a little a weak to me. I liked the idea of the ending more than I like the actual ending, I think. But all in all, a good show and a solid 8/10.

Well, I accepted it. In the end, even though Mika acted mature, she really was just as much a baby as Fumi was. Pretty nice and intense series.

I didn't think the Fumi/Mika argument was too impacting until they both just started breaking down into tears. Add that BGM that played and it felt kind of heartwarming :) I'm glad I downloaded the OST. I'll be looking for that song ^^

9/10 I'll definitely miss this show.

That was a decent ending. It resolved all the conflicts well enough and at the same time managed to explore one of the aspects of death it left alone the entire series- the desire to live rather than die.

Overall, there were clearly some episodes that were much better than others (I especially liked the survival of the fittest episode), but a good show altogether. Easily the best of the season.

the ending was ok for me. i didn't find it particularly exciting or interesting. and i ddin't feel anything during the confrontation between Fumi and Mika. Never the less, this show still gets an 8 from me.

I can already imagine Sangolem hating this episode like hell. *stareup*

Awesome feeling in the middle of the the episode when that clapping background music started and Fumi-chan was about to go crazy and I thought I was gonna die when I saw the happy end coming.


German Review for Shigofumi

Oerall a 8,5 (well that's not possible so 9)/10
(maybe I'll rate it 8 later but that's for now..)

An alright ending to this arc, but am I the only who was curious to why there are Shigofumi carriers (in that case Shigofumi) in the first place? Why are there laws regarding it, why did she become, what was the point of Chiaki's meddling, how do you become a Shigofumi carrier? None of these are answered or even thought about. That kind of pissed me off. The individual episodes were great, but this arc (the arc that I thought would answer some of these questions) turned out pretty average. 8/10 for the series as a whole.

I liked this final episode, but im sad that the series is over D:
i still cant believe fumika's mother, "i dont want to be a mother." bleh.
the fight between fumi and mika and the crying was great.
i also really enjoyed the epilogue thing, with everyone from the previous stories and stuff. that was pretty cool.

Shigofumi is my favorite out of the season, loved it, and im gonna miss it.

The ending was alright. I didn't really find the fight scene particularly entertaining or anything but it was an ok way to end it. 8/10.

I liked the beginning where it showed the stories of others more then the main story but it was still pretty good. 8/10

8/10 for..uh...most of the reasons stated by other 8/10 givers.

A few excellent episodes but overall not quite 9 material.

It was a nice series, nice ending and nice all around.

I had a question about the ending credits. Chiaki stuffs a Shigofumi in a guy's mouth; and I was wondering if that guy appeared in any of the stories?
