| I watched this because you can't watch all the good anime all the time. You'll get jaded and complacent. Every so often you have to have a rainy day to appreciate the sunshine. Mars of Destruction is the perfect cathartic release that purges your soul and makes you appreciate just how lucky we are to even have mediocre anime that doesn't go anywhere. |

| At times, I am speechless. This is one of these times. Absolutely one of the greatest OVAs that I have ever had the pleasure to watch. Even the OST was great, from Satie to Beethoven. I will keep my eye out for a sequel. (I am in the midst of writing a blog post about the profound and quite honestly, awe-inspiring revelation at the end of the episode. Look foward to it.) |

| I expected more out of this show after all the rep and these thread. I was hoping for "hilariously bad", not "absurdly mediocre". I did change my subs to say "TESTES" in place of "MARS" though. |

| Wow, I'm very surprised people are saying this was amazing and life changing. If you're going that far I would assume a 10/10... This anime was very good but not worth 10/10 in my opinion. Maybe an 8 or 9, but not 10. Death Note is a 10/10 anime to me and this wasn't quite on Death Note's level in my opinion, but I guess each person has different preferences. |
| Holy mother of low scores. At first I though my browser failed to load correctly so I refreshed just to find score the same. I did not think I'd see something lower than 6. usually bad anime have ~6.3-6.8 with hentai being rated 5-6 but this... Just wow. |
