This will be a normal tournament. Not like the Cirno-Suwako Tournament in Winter. Rules: Only 2 characters may be used for all of your matches. You will choose the 2 you will stick with when you post saying that you will participate. Bracket: This will depend on the number of people who participate. Elimination: The matches will be played as best out of 5. So you need 3 wins to win the round or 3 losses to lose the round. Please record your matches to prove that you've won. I'll be playing as Meiling and Suwako; or perhaps Patche instead of one of the former 2. I'll make up my mind in time of the tour. Location is EU.
