Obviously this thread is where you gain your rank. This time around it'll be harder to gain a rank. Below are the requirements:

Espada: Must have over 1000 post. Unless you obtain this through training. For example; If you started off as a Hollow/Gillian/Adjuchas/Vasto Lorde ect, and you train enough you may become an Arrencar. Challenge and eat the current Espada you want to be and you if you win, you take that Espadas spot along with half their stats.

Escudo: Must have over 1000 post and must be picked. Do not ask to be one! If your a Vasto Lorde with great skill you will be picked to become part of the Escudos

Privaron Espada: 500 post needed

Numeros: 250 post needed

Exequias: 100 post needed. The leader of the Exequias needs to have at least 150 post

Vasto Lorde: Work your way up to this rank.

Adjuchas: No limit

Gillian: No limit

Hollows: No limit. To be the Great King of Hollows special requirements are needed. Mind you though, Hollows eat other Hollows. If you arent strong enough to defend yourself against another Hollow and are eaten you lose this rank and not only does half your stats go to the Hollow that ate you it also gains your rank.

Note: Members can ask for the same position. However the first person to finish their character for that position will get it. If that happens you might as well go for another position since its taken.
