| This series is quickly finding it's way into my heart. The funny moments are funny, and the bittersweet moments are... uh, well... bittersweet. :P I'm not typically one for romance anime, since all of the ones I've tried to watch have been cheesy and unrealistic... but I feel like these characters are pretty well written, and also well acted. They come across as realistic people, which I like. That also makes it interesting to see them all interact with each other, and how their stories unfold. It's just a shame the art-style is so generic, but I guess that can't be helped. :P |

| Shuuji cuts trough the door and was thinking lewd stuff about Hagu/Yuuta since it was too quiet in the room. Turns out Yuuta fell asleep at the sight of Rococo World xD Hmm Takumi's relationship with the older woman is interesting. |

| The only way I can rationalize this show so far is by assuming it's a character study. The story doesn't seem to be trying to get us to connect to the characters. Each episode is months apart. There is no "plot" to speak of... All that's left is the comedy, which seems to be a "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" game. Ehh. I don't know. Yamada is kinda interesting, though. |

And no matter what is said, I simply cannot believe that Hagu is 18. That's a load of crap. She looks, talks and acts like a 10 year old at best. | I'm not sure if the weather vane shots are intentional symbolism or not, but I love how we learn the nature of the shows second love triangle after the first shot, Rika seeming to keep Mayama somewhat distant despite telling Shuji she was fond of him after the second, and then Yamada crying after the third. I also wonder if Morita's realization of love at the end was really about Yamada, or himself. Or a bit of both, I suppose. |
