| Very good news, it's clearly my favourite of Shimura's work. And while I'm slightly doubtful on how well an adaption would work, Aoi Hana did, and that had a lot less charm than Houro Musuko. |

| This is AWESOME news!!! I had been hoping for this ever since I started reading the manga, but seriously didn't think this would ever happen… I was already surprised enough when the Aoi Hana anime was announced, and always thought the issues addressed in Hourou Musuko were too sensitive for it to get a TV adaptation. Here's hoping it will be adapted with the same flair and sensibility that graced the Aoi Hana anime… I can't express just how excited I am about this. Best news I've read all month! :) |

Not because I think it isn't good enough, (look at my username for chrissakes) but because it just didn't seem like something that a company would look at and decide "That one right there let's make an anime on that one!". They better get it right though or I will be ROYALLY pissed. Anyone know when it's supposed to come out? |
