| Damn, that was a very intense chapter. I'm rooting for Lucy. But what if she hadn't stabbed Valentine? Would her identity be discovered anyway? From what I understood about her relationship with Mr. Steel, she's still a virgin, so Valentine would've found out anyway...sigh |

| What an intense chapter! Lucy's backstory (revealing also some more informations about Stephen Steel), rape attempt, bizarre actions such as that action with chair... Wow. Funny Valentine looked sexy, can't deny it. His bruises that resembled the USA's flag made him look ever more cool. One thing, however, concerns me... why he turned from chubby manlet having a funny face into a muscular and tall chad with strong jawline? He merged with those fabulously looking servants of his or what? xD Lucy is in grave danger now. Everything that happened earlier seems to be a light version of what has happened just now. |

| Damn, this chapter was intense. I really enjoyed getting to see some of Lucy's backstory. I was unnerved by her being married to this 40-something-year-old (even if it is the 1800s and that was somewhat common, it still made me uncomfortable). Knowing that he did it more to save her and thank her for her kindness definitely resolves that, though. Their situation kind of reminds me of Edgar Allan Poe, how he married his 13-year-old cousin most likely to protect her and bring her out of poverty. They apparently had a pretty platonic relationship or a more sibling-like relationship, like Steel and Lucy have. All in all, Steel's a pretty good guy. I hope he makes it, but I've got my doubts. I felt so bad for Lucy in this chapter, though. I know Valentine is under the assumption that he's about to bang his wife, but I hate knowing that Lucy's facing assault here. She's definitely an incredible character so far. She's enduring so much just for the sake of her husband and Johnny and Gyro. This has gotta be pretty traumatic for her. Can't help but wonder how she'll move past it. |

| It's a nice detail that just like Erina, Lucy would rather die than give her first time to a vile bastard instead of the man she loves no matter what. Funny's way of comparing how society works to taking the first napkin so other people will have no choice but to conform was also really interesting. What's worrying is that she revealed her true identity to Funny Valentine and he's about to unleash his Stand onto her if he hadn't already done that, that is... Valentine got buff real quick, bruh. I was initially confused about what just happened to his body but since the change occurred around the time where he left to dismiss his guards, he probably took the corpse parts and had it shape his own body after it. |

| so alot of things was revealed from this chapter from lucy's past and presideont's intention. we already knew that mr. steel is not a pervert who married a 14 y old girl. they have a great relationship and no more like physical. it was great. mad respect from ma boy Mr. steel. but now lucy is in grave danger for pres knowing her true identity. 5/5 chapter indeed |

| That was disturbing, def one of the moments that shows the series transitioned into a seinen. A plus to this chapter tho is that Mr. Steel isn't a creep, I was wondering why Araki seemed to be writing him in such a good light. |
