I don't know how they do it, but they keep making this series more and more interesting. Misa-chan is an idiot, but at the same time, it seems like she generally just doesn't care. So, it's not as if she's an idiot, but more like someone that doesn't see the consequences. Ignorant is probably the better word for her.

L's reaction to Misa-chan's tape was freakin' crazy. He practically fainted from hearing about the existence of Death Gods. Light's reaction was pretty cool too. They both FREAKED, lol.

I really want Light and Misa to meet, but at the same time I don't because Misa just might kill him.

anyway, so shinigami can be killed. I'm not sure what that pan over Rem's face after she told Misa the story meant. Misa was like, "I'm gonna tell Kira!" right after Rem told her not to tell anyone, so haha maybe she was like "What a bitch."

and yea, wonderful reactions on L and Light's part. Trying hard to not dissect some of the logic here and just enjoy the chess game. :)

Well, the thing that made me think she was an idiot was when she was listening to Kira's response to her, she stopped listening halfway through and decided to make her own tape. She didn't even care what was being said to her.

In the manga, L does not throw his arms up, he just falls over. It was artistic lisence that the anime studio took.

L's reaction threw us all for a loop in our house. We all just kinda stared at the screen... didn't quite know how to react at first, and all wound up laughing our asses off. L is just the greatest anime character... EVER!!!
