| Such an intense episode!! Aoba is too tough on Kou. He's so amazing and she's too stubborn to just admit it. Kou seems a lot more serious in these past few episodes. I'm so happy for the 2nd years!! |

| How great would Seishou be if Miki had stayed on with Azuma? Imagine what that would do for the offense, pitching depth, etc. Great guy too! It was nice to see someone other than Kou and Azuma contribute even if their resolve was due in large part to Aoba's presence. Agree with Thalandor46. With 7 more, the best scenario would be an additional season. Let's hope we get it. |

| For a team that has no name but Miki as their only strength I thought it was an interesting game. It is kinda sad that Azuma didn't get to do much in the episode. |

As for Koshien, with the manga ending next week it doesn't look like it will even be included (with either a win or a loss), so the anime should end with the manga ending without being rushed.Finally, some action from the rest of the team. They did a great job of making it sound like Kou got a perfect game, and then I had this wonderful "...wait, what?" moment when Miki hit his home run. Good stuff. 7 more episodes to play 5 more games, and that's just to get into Koshin. I guess the best scenario we can hope for is they end this series with those 5 games, and then go through Koshin later with another single season or OVA. |

| Man, that was such an awesome episode. :D I was a bit surprised that they fit the match between Seishuu and Sena into one episode, but it wasn't rushed or anything. It was great. :) It was nice to see other players in the spotlight as well, though yeah it would've been pretty cool if Kou could've could've beat them without giving them any runs~ (But... that just means we have more to look forward, since he can only keep getting better~) |

| Koh really know how to make Aoba mad xD Almost got that no-no... But eh, Miki is one great player, I guess he had to do that homerun. It's nice to see that they can get an homerun without Azuma, Koh, Akaishi or Nakashini. Well, five more games before the Koshien, GO SEISHU GO! |

| Awesome episode. Kou almost got a no-hitter and a shutout but of course, Miki put an end to that. I dunno what it is about Miki but I really like that guy. What a cool dude. |
| Respect to Miki. That was a really fun game. It reminded me a lot of how the first match against Ryuuou felt. I'd like to look at Aoba's criticism in a different light: She's hard on Kou because she knows how amazing he is. By being tough on him she's pushing him to be the best he can be. The only other person who was ever able to push Kou to better himself in this way was Wakaba, and even now that hasn't changed. It puts their relationship in another perspective. |

| Miki's team has become impressive using tactics like that for what was once a no name team. Almost a no-hit-no-run for Kou there but nice to see the second-years getting the spotlight. I wonder how strong the team would have been if Miki stayed and took over from useless Senda |

| Boy I missed the baseball camp episodes from Touch. This episode really scratched that itch if only a little bit. Aoba is like the opposite of Minami with her clumsiness. I think I said this around the start of Cross Game but she's more like Yuka from Touch. Ko can't tell what are the good points of Aoba. Likewise Aoba also can't see the good points of Ko. Both of them only see the faults of each other. I really like this dynamic between the two. That was one weird dream Ko had at the beginning. I think he should dream about girls more often in his age but can't really blame him for having baseball on his mind all day. This felt like the first proper baseball match-focused episode with Seishu. GG Miki and the rest of Sena. Hope they'll keep enjoying baseball. Junpei's wedding reception seeming more real every day. |
