| I watched the first 5 minutes of this show around 7 years ago and had always intended to one day go back and watch it because it looked really funny. Well today is the day and first impressions held up even after all this time, this was a really funny episode. I love the style of 90's Anime, especially the comedic fantasies. I agree with others that it's a shame shows like this aren't more abundant these days but oh well... |
| omfg spiders attacking from the sky is my worst nightmare and that's how you start things off!? ...I'm sold. I miss this style of comedy with the charming expressions and quick cutaways. Chacha is absolutely going to shine, her spawning all those spiky weapons to stab her friend but making more friends and generally being goofballs is sssoo cute n just delightful. ced1106 said: Ayy aint that a perfect combo! | Was itching for another anime like Hime-chan no Ribbon, and this one checks enough of the boxes. Shojo, nearly same art-style (Same studio), romance/comedy/maho-shojo, only two years newer, it's perfect, minus it being less grounded in reality, more comedy heavy, and having a slightly lower age rating. First episode was pretty good, all of the comedy hit just right. I would just fucking die if I had to deal with spider rain.  |
