I cant tell if the was the most brilliant thing I've ever watched, the most random thing I've ever watched, or both. In the end I loved it, 10/10. Side note: Amazing OST ![]() If you really want to fit in, just put Legend of the Galactic Heroes in your top 5 and have it be the only 10-rated anime in your list. |

Expected something more from this, but it didn't really hit home with me. Looked good and sounded fine, but just didn't light the spark. |

Overall this was a pretty random anime but still good. Don't think I've watched a show like this before. Naota should just hook up with Ninamori, forget the older girls. But I guess that everything returned to normal after they both left. Overall 7/10 All the evils in the world? Bring at least three times as much if you wish to spoil me! - Gilgamesh ![]() |

This is the most random anime i've ever seen. Every scene something weird or unexpected happens! Haruko is a cool character but we really dont learn enough about her to really get invested in her motives. One moment she's the antagonist and then the next she's the love of MC's life! It's all a bit muddy. I was expecting a bigger payoff or reveal at the end for a show this epic, vut she just packs up and leaves, to do, something... And MC haven't even changed a whole lot by the end of it. What was the point of this anime exactly? Is there even one? The music is very cool, the animation is quite gorgeous (manga scenes aside) and the action breathtaking. Though it's not the masterpiece that people hail it to be it is worth seeing. Maybe i'll like it better on rewatch but as it stands it's a 7.5/10 from me. Modified by SteampunkDalek, 03-17-13, 2:24 PM |

Really beautiful picture. I do wish it was explained more, but that's what the books are for. I honestly loved it, easy 9/10. |

Man, the music was fucking great!!! Most random anime I've watched. At first I didn't understand what the hell was going on, but I sorta understand it now. Ragna92 said: Naota should just hook up with Ninamori, forget the older girls. I agree with this :D |

While I understood the more explicit references and developments to the show, I had to read some outside info to understand everything. It's actually very well presented and incredibly unique. I really liked this "Someone who will walk alongside me, someone who will hold my hand, someone who won't mind that it's me" |
