One can't help but anticipate the inevitable illness that will afflict Nagisa once she and Tomoya become a couple. I can kind of see this now... Tomoya finally confesses to Nagisa and they enjoy a few days as one happy couple. Suddenly, Nagisa is afflicted by her illness yet again. This illness is probably the worse one yet...and we end Clannad season 1 in a huge cliffhanger with Tomoya kneeling/crying over Nagisa's bedside. Of course granted Clannad gets an S2, but this scenario would play out perfectly in my book. I haven't played the VN yet, so this is just pure speculation. Needless to say, this episode is made of win! Would have been episode of the week if it wasn't for the mindblowing Hina Love of Hayate no Gotoku 48! xD If they don't make a second season and they end up doing what you just said, it's gonna feel like AIR all over again :S. That series ending was possibly one of the most wtf whyyyyy endings ever. Anyway, I thought this episode was great. Happy someone confessed even if it was on accident. |

| Great episode, I'm glad Nagisa and Tomoya are finally getting their relationship developed further. Akio was awesome throughout, and the part where he keeps freaking out when Sanae's standing there was funny. I loved the part when he accidentally makes Nagisa say she loves Tomoya. Finally. Nagisa's past was a little more predictable than I thought, but still sad. Akio and Sanae crying while holding her hand made me tear up a bit. Never would've thought they'd leave her alone like that. Sunohara had some surprisingly good words of wisdom this ep too. Pity about the rest of the cast getting utterly neglected now. I wonder if something really sad will happen after this happy episode. Or maybe I should just stop comparing it to Kanon... Only 3 eps left. So what's up with the 24th episode? It's just going to be an extra episode so it doesn't count anymore? |

| Akio rocks. And I love Fuko even more with each ep ^_^ Still I can't get off that fealing... Since I heard the "Dango Daikazoku" ending theme and considering some other stuff I am more than convinced that the ending will be sad like hell. That's what kinda lessens my enjoyment of the series. It's still a great one but the perspective of everything getting ruined is terryfing. Lastly I've seen so many sad anime (heh I finished School Days yesterday '- -) that another one it gonna be a final blow to me... |

| It was a great episode, I never expected Nagisa's dad to be so funny! Also, Fuko has once again won her way to the top for me with her zombie dance ^_^ A really funny episode and I finally understand the robot part of the story! |

| Akio-san lol. The keep it secret part and the reaction from Nagisa' "Haa...otou-san" really XD. Kawaii Nagisa-chan, especially at opening.."sokku desu" and my favorite fu-chan appears again ... lol. Another heartwarming episode too, and it's really touching when Akio-san tells Tomoya the story...Great episode... |

| The animated version of Clannad is based off of the Nagisa arc of the game. So of course it would only fit that the other characters are not represented equally in the final episodes, but in my opinion, having too many characters and such a short series kind of conflicts at that area. So the story progresses a little more. Tomoya is finally starting to accept that he may have much deeper feelings for Nagisa. And of course, Nagisa falls for her dad's trick of admitting her admiration for Tomoya. The flashback scene of Nagisa's near death experience sets up a good mood for the following episodes to come, I believe. I vote... spin-off and go with another chick! Use that other save point from the game ;) (Please laugh if you know what I mean -.-) |

| this episode began talking about how Nagisa is a bit slow...which the nagisa hater side of me kinda laughed...then when they were playing baseball I kinda was expecting her to get hit with a line drive...not saying that I wanted to be cruel...just that I was expecting a teary eyed tomoya to run and hold her afterwards which would have been a stronger reveal of their feelings than the awkward tennis moment. I still think Nagisa is an awful character...her parents rule however and I think everyones appeal to her after this episode is mainly because of her father and the fact that none of the other girls made any sort of impression in the episode...which theoretically is how Key should be pushing the Tomoya and Nagisa relationship together with so few episodes left. this was indeed a good ep with only slight animation differences which is a major improvement over last weeks. Sunohara cemented his awesome character of the year award with his be a good person speech to tomoya. Now that the series is on its last legs I will say that the anime is a definite 8 with points only taken away if the ending is awful. |

| I really liked this episode. The picnic thing was pretty funny(made me laugh out loud). This has to have been fuko's best random appearance(probably the only good one). As all good things must come to an end Clannad is getting there. I'm wishing for a happy ending <( ^ - ^ )> |

| Not a bad episode... I've learned to lower my standards for clannad. What happened to the Key/Kyoani magic? This is almost painful to watch sometimes. |
| the fuko shush scene was the only time i wasn't annoyed at her random appearance after her own arc XD especially the way she exited lol and nagisa seems to get cuter every episode @_@ |

| The best scene in the whole episode was at the end where they play baseball, after Okazaki hit the ball and say "Did you see that, Nagisa?!"
