| I won't be paying for her obsession that is for sure. Telling her to get a job to fund her hobby might be a good idea (if she does agree to it) since it will cut down on her pc time and expose her to the vagaries of the outside world again. If she's a minor or at least living with your parents, those 2 adults should be responsible for her actions. They should, in theory, be able to set rules on how many hours she can spend on the pc and the contents therein (ok if schoolwork, restricted to a number of hours if games). Tell your parents to pay more attention to what's happening in their own home. She's their kid and their responsibility. It would be no good, of course, if your parents turn out to be like Konata Izumi's dad (crazy about games too). |
