| Decided to watch this since there's a possibility of a remake and to see if this is genuinely good or just nostalgiafags overpraising this series (so far based on this episode it seems it's the latter). The last 6 mins made me not "hate" this episode but I still disliked it 2/5. So far the OST is the only thing I like from this. |

| A lot of random events. Episode is ok, but I can already tell this is going to be another overrated show that too many give undeserving 10/10. LOL at people rating episode 1 10/10 when you don't know a damn thing about the series. Then again, this is the same community that has FMA: listed as #1. |

| it's been years since i last watched this and it's still as insane as i can remember. good kind of insane. i don't know exactly why all the characters here are so endearing to me. i was afraid i would start disliking mamimi but so far so good. people talk about symbolism and randomness but i think this anime is not really that deep, it's just so damn entertaining you just can't stop watching even though it doesn't really make sense. anyway, still my favourite. <3 |

| Haruko's introduction is probably my favorite of all time for any character, she just comes with such an impact and everything is perfect, the song, the faces Mamimi makes, the jokes ("stop the native girl!", "demo, Taro-kun janakute...")! I always watch it every once in a while. |
