Differences between manga and anime

Is there any difference or the anime follows the manga when it comes to plot?

Only a few. The most notable I'd say is the way Satou goes about Phase 1 of his plan.

In the anime, he bombs another building to crash it into his target, whereas in the manga he crashes a plan into the building. I'm guessing the scene was a little too 911 for the animation studio, so they changed it.

The manga's also a lot further ahead than the anime, so there's more stuff to read.

To the anime's credit, it does do some character development a lot better, as it has more time to go through scenes. I'm sure there'll be more contrasts between the two when Season 2 comes out.
