| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- First, congrats on Fairy Tail's 10th Anniversary Mashima-sensei! Loved that chibi spread of the cast. :) Anyway, time for Team Natsu to lead the charge in the counterattack against the Alvarez troops! Hafta think Happy's gonna come up big in saving Natsu...eventually. Meanwhile, against God Serena's historia we have...Gildarts??? Well damn Mashima-sensei! About time he came back! XD |

| Yaaawn. Why do I feel a dejavu? OH right we are back to Avatar arc, with FT owning nameless pointless fodder army before fodderizing the supposedly threatening villains. I can't wait till Happy defeats Zeref. :^) And Serena will get fodderized(AGAIN) next chapter because its Gildartz. Spriggan are relevant how again? |

| Nice seeing Gildarts back. Ten years huh, its been that long. Well chapter was nice, everyone was charging towards the guild, of course the foot soldiers don't stand a chance, but God Serena did manage to stop them for a few seconds (or minutes?), so since Gildarts is back, I really do hope he gets a good fight. May I say his design looks pretty badass, I hope he fights August. |
Nice chapter! It is always a nostalgic feeling seeing Team Natsu fighting together. It was short and only fodder yes, but i still liked it and having the others join them made it even better. I'm really happy that Serena is back. The way he is acting for a powerful dude is hilarious. xD You can't but like this fabulous idiot with his loreal hair. He's also the reason we finally got papa Gildarts back! I knew his entrance will badass. I'm so hyped to see both of them giving us a dope fight and Gildarts finally showing what he's really capable of. |

| 10 year anniversary! It's been a long time. I wonder how much longer this series will go on for. So even though they know that fighting so many enemies without a plan is reckless, they do it anyway. But then I realized that the foot soldiers are pathetic so yeah, go in without a plan; you don't need one. God Serena appeared and honestly, after all the hype about Ishgar's strongest mage, why do we have to deal with this guy? It's kind of insulting the entirety of Ishgar. Well, I suppose that he is powerful but he's not terrifying at all. Gildarts appears a lot more menacing. Sorano's still sticking with Yukino and the rest of Crime Sorcière is nowhere to be seen yet. I think there are too many characters for Mashima to handle now. |

| Knew that Gildarts would return fairly soon due to Irene's Universe One magic, it only just got him closer to Fairy Tail by chance I'm guessing. It's nice to see Gildarts again, but why the hell do they write him off for such a long time? Are they going to explore what he's been doing for such a long time? I still really want to know what his quest was when he first met Acnologia too. Hopefully there will be at least a short spin off on what the hell he is up to for leaving his daughter and the guild for such a LONG time. Anyways, got to see more of God Serena, though I think he might be beaten pretty fast and handily again by Gildarts or someone else. After getting one-hit killed, I can't take this character seriously, especially since Neinhardt is weak as hell as well. I do like Gildarts' new look though, long hair, slightly longer facial hair, NEW FUCKING CLOTHES. Glad to see he ditched the dish rag hobo shirt for a chest piece and a coat. He even wears it like Laxus haha. Also, wtf is on his arm? Hopefully with Gildarts return, things will get more interesting. 3/4 of the Spriggan was already defeated and I don't care to see them fight again. Let's just skip to the big dogs please. |

| I hope serena gives gildarts some trouble. Gildarts is nowhere near as powerful as acnologia (who defeated both of them in 1 shot) so I am hoping this battle will be somewhat evenly matched but this is fairy tail so I think the battle will be a disappointment. |
