| Good on Natsu. Was good to see as much of this match for her as we got. Enough to see her finally overcome her rival and stand at the top before making her move to go Pro. At least someone managed to accomplish something in this tournament XD. Now we can move on to the question of.....what the heck the story is going to do with the MC!? Per his promise he should be dumping tennis to the degree necessary to start going full studying for his third year. But, obviously the series has a ton of chapters past this point so....no idea how he's going to get back on the tennis track. |

| For some reason I feel so annoyed with this chapter. The author clearly wanted to develop these characters but decided to drop the game after showing the first match, and the characters were developed off-screen.. Worse, Natsu won because..? She has never won against Aki but then she won the national tournament, the biggest stage, against Aki because..? Because she's unpredictable? So she wasn't unpredictable before? Uh.. At the very least Nabae dominated as he was supposed to. If it had gone to a 3rd match with a very close score with 99 thousands tie breakers, I would've been annoyed with the Men's final too. |
