I guess it's the thrill of doing something forbidden or at least socially less accepted.Or maybe lots of Japanese guys want to shag their sisters but they can't irl so they escape into anime idk

First off I don't see any anime supporting incest.

Secondly you are aware that Japan's views on Homosexuality are completely different from the western world's right? Homosexuality is viewed as something you engage in when you're younger to prepare yourself for opposite sex relationships later in life Other than that they're conpletely indifferent to the subject.
