It was hit and miss with most people, but it had some horror elements, along with mystery, thriller, and psychological elements in it. -Monster is a great psychological anime that will mindfuck you at the end too. -If your not watching Re:zero yet then you should start as it is currently airing and has more 10 episodes out. Its a good psychological, "time travel anime", kind of reminds of Higurashi to be honest. -Another is a good anime to check out as well. |

| Perfect Blue is a good movie. It might be right up your alley. Serial Experiments Lain is one of my own favorites. It's basically cyberpunk/film noir/coming of age with lots of surrealism in there. You probably need to watch it a couple of times to understand all its layers though. |

I'm pretty sure all of the ones I listed have a psychological tag both on MAL and Kissanime. Either way, they're psychological enough to me. |
