| I'm looking for more romance anime and I'm trying to use the advanced search function but it's giving me nothing but crap. Like come on, the new fucking Beserk popped up as the second choice in one of my searches. And whenever I use the advanced search function, everything I try to enter in the filters come up as "Search with "" ". "No titles that matched your query were found". Why do I need to enter anything in the search bar? If I knew the name of what I was looking for I wouldn't be trying to navigate the advanced search and while feeling like a fool |

| There's nothing wrong. Since Berserk has the romance genre tag on it, it will pop up when you try to search romance, even if it's primarily action. Best advice would pretty much just to fiddle with the filters... Or you can do this too |
| not sure what you're exactly looking for... but the anime advice search engine still exists in some shape or form; could be helpful.. http://130.255.74.20:7101/ there is a trick where you can select the "Finished Airing" status, which should make the advanced search let you click search without entering a name and yeah Berserk has the romance genre tag you can use anidb which gives weights to each tag (berserk has 1.5 stars of romance) .. though it's not as user friendly as MAL here is the romance tag on anidb with synonyms hidden: https://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?do.update=update&cleanurl=1&reltb=animetb&cat.minweight=0&orderby.name=0.1&tagid=2858&show=tag&h=0&airing=0&type.movie=1&type.musicvideo=1&type.other=1&type.ova=1&type.tvseries=1&type.tvspecial=1&type.unknown=1&type.web=1&noalias=1&cat.minweight=0&mylist=0&wishlist=0 |
