You can also add manga yourself here and you can look up the rules here c: naver has been stated multiple times on being an official publisher (check their site, then go to "about" at the bottom of the page). the guidelines say nothing about it being in paper version, only professionalism. there should be no problem on letting in the DB. @jffmcc that webtoon looks so lit! got another thing to add to my list. |
