| Why icons such as list, messages, and notification didn't load? The Icon just become something like empty square. I've tried accessing from different browser (Firefox, Chrome, IExplorer) the problem still persist. I've also already tried accessing from device with fresh installed Windows and Internet Browser, but no luck. I don't have any problem with internet connection, this problem only happens when accessing myanimelist. here some screenshot |

| The problem still persist. Only when accessing via desktop, no problem when access via mobile. I'm not sure when this start but i guess this recent month. |

| Yes I can. After I click my browser just download a file fontawesome-webfont.woff2 I guess the problem is within fontawesome. I've tried access from linux ubuntu chrome & firefox, also trying different account. |

| Can you check with a developer tool if the font file is loaded correctly on page load? There should be one in Firefox: Tools --> Web Developer --> Network Then reload the page and filter the output by "Fonts" (there should be a button somewhere). If you don't see anything try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + F5). What's the status number you get for it? You can also click on it to get more details. I think it would be easiest to make a screenshot of this output and then send it to me in a PM. |

| Finally, I solved the problem by using google chrome with data saver add-on. I figured this out by comparing chrome browsers mobile and desktop version, and I just realized the mobile version of chrome has "data saver" option always enabled, so i just download the data saver add-on for the desktop version and now the icons is there! After all, this problem just client side. The problem is within my ISP, I've tried accessing from public wi-fi and no problem at all. By using data saver add-on, the data didn't downloaded directly from MAL server but through Google's server to be compressed. For firefox browser I use skyZIP add-on that similar to Chrome's data saver. Maybe using VPN or proxy will also works too. Thanks, now the problem is solved! |
