| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol even when young, Sinbad knows how to charm a lady. Funny episode and calm one too, glad to see they are keeping the show calm at moments with the pacing. More Yunan this episode too, cool. I just love how wise Yunan is in this series with that wisdom. The episode did a decent job at fitting some of the action at the end, such a difference in gap in power though. |

| A city on mountain, people avoiding interaction with foreigners in any ways and forbids civilians to go out (but there's a place for foreigners...). Soldiers are only ones that can get near people. A soldier trainee / prince gets near them in order to understand outside. He went against king of the country and father. He asked the group to take him away. Ishida-san's character appeared to notify that there are more dungeon solvers including the king. The prince challenges the soldiers, and was able to see his power. The ep. ending with Sinbad stopping the king. Thought so, Hatano-san voiced both brothers. |

| Like how the spin off is revealing more about the world of the series. It seems the countries has became more powerful now that the Labyrinths around the world are being conquered by the empires. Kinda awkward that Wataru Hatano voiced both brothers. They should have used another seiyuu to voice Mystras. |

The way the Sinbad manga is intermingled with the original manga in the current chps makes it such an amazing experience And yeah Hatano as a kid feels way too awkward |

| What a terrible father, he would kill his son because he doesn't wanna do what he wants. And I don't care what anyone says, that King cheated. If it's supposed to be a pure, holy match, using the djinn powers against someone who doesn't have any when he's fighting fairly is dishonourable. |
| ^Yeah I agree, that's most likely why Sinbad interrupted at the end with a smirk on his face. Although idk if he would state that it was cheating. I can't believe people are like, omg he's been blessed by God and has holy power :/ A real duel is based on skills and not extra abilities, at least I would think so for a match between knights. It was definitely bad that Hatano voiced Spartos as well, lol. Should've gotten someone else, maybe Sakurai could've done a better job. Although Jafar is already on the high end for him. As for the episode, I do like how the worldbuilding quite a lot. I should probably get back to reading Magi and Sinbad. |
| I am the only one who though about Judar when they talked about the other dungeons that started to appear all over the world? It had somewhat of a dark feel,and I remember Sinbad mentioning conquiring the dungeons that he had set up for others. |

| Great episode again, The Magi world truly is vast. Not a big fan of these knights who oppose Mystras's wish to live free, They should let him do what he wants. I guess there is no way that Mystras can stand upto a Djinn user without any power of his own, That ending was hype. Can't wait to see Sinbad fight :D |

| Wonder what happens with Mystras. In Magi, Spartos is one of Sinbad's generals, but Mystras appears to be the one who travels with him. Does Mystras wind up dying or taking over for his father later on? Or maybe Spartos just really wanted to be a general? |

When they mentioned that the little brother's name was Spartos I was like "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT" I knew that the one who would be going with Sinbad was Mystras from the OP.. But come on, I thought HE was Spartos. That is a pretty nice twist and I'm looking forward to see what will happen to him. |

| Uh, i can't stand guys like Darius. Mystras could have defeated 20 other Djinn users at the same time using only his bare hands and Darius would have said that. Even more disappointing is that i would bet that he is still stronger than Mystras in a regular fight. Unless he only became knight-king after acquiring the Djinn, but even then he must have been good. And if he was knight-king before, why not defeat Mystras in a real fight, show him that he is indeed not strong enough? |
