Hello everyone

Here, as the title indicates it already you can discuss anything about Durarara!! The anime, give your opinions, impressions ... etc -Attention, may contain spoils-

I'll start ^^

Well, I have only seen the 1st episode so far and frankly speaking I'll give it a 7/10, I wasn't really captivated while watching it, maybe because Kida wouldn't stop talking (Gaaah I hate him, he's so annoying, never stops with his stupid jokes >.<)or maybe the other one his childhood friend (Whom I forgot his name ...) is simply hard to understand what he is thinking about ... I don't know ...

The coolest thing was the motocycle rider, but after taking off his helmet it was simply awful lol - I mean ... Where is the HOT guys here ? lol-
I don't know why but, every one seems to like this anime already, I even find some people who put on their top 5 animes here on MAL, I mean how could you judge an anime from its first episodes ...

Pretty negative isn't it ? Well, I'm very picky lol How about you guys ?

i thought it was pretty interesting haven't seen ep 2 yet
and about top anime list mine takes an amazing anime one that you can't describe how awesome it is in word to make my list ;p

I've seen up to the second episode, and I think it's fantastic. ^^

The animation was extremely well done, as well! Although the second episode really didn't advance the plot at all, it was a great opportunity to have some nice character development.

Izaya is also pretty badass. :3

Well, after the first episode I was like: "Yeaaah.. Okay. I'll see where this leads.", while after second episode I was more like: "Yeah （￣ー￣）" xD

So far its pretty awesome, but i havent decided on the rank yet , hope it can keep up the pace

I love how they use events from the previous episode to tell the story in the second episode. If they keep that up, I'll love them forever. lol

I like the animation and the characters are endearing (imo).

I'm really liking it, I see there's a style on the adapting and it's not just another "let's copy 100% the source material because it's good" or at least that's the vibe I get from watching it and reading the first novel.

Pretty much the best show this season, love the cast (Gee, they sure had to spend lots of money to get those seiyuus), the character design and the animation are actually better than I expected.

Episode 1-2 rating: 9/10

This Anime is great it's gonna be like baccano but 24 eps long yay X_x the animation is done really well and i love they way how they show different characters for no reason in the background

If you have read the novels

I fail to understand this Anime. What is it about anyway? It hasn't shown any Story hint so far, or am I failing to see it?

In first episode it's all about that boy (can't remember the names yet xD) getting from some smaller town to Tokyo.

In 2nd Episode it's about girl who wanted to kill herself, and sick man who enjoys playing with others.

Where is the connection between episodes?

Everything will come together in the end, just like Baccano I'm expecting. It's supposed to be telling a story from several different view points - seemingly random events which are all linked together.

well .. it has been okay for now ... the first episode made me kinda wanna know more .. but the second episode ... average bah

So far, I'm really enjoying the whole "intertwining" effect they've got going. That and the whole theme of six degrees of separation adds a nice touch (In laymen's terms, the world is a small place, no matter how big it is), what with the characters running into one another as the story unfolds.

The centering point is the biker, I take it. She's probably going to be the anchor for all of the main characters. I also figure that biker is the girl from episode one who had the scar around her neck.

How everything's going to present itself, I'm unsure, but it's looking like it's got a hell of a lot of potential.

Love the anime, no idea why just have the feeling that I love it eventhough I've just watch 2 eps XP Looking forward for more!

Hmm. It's really good. I can't wait for the episode 3.

This anime is good since the first episode. Although at the first I don't understand about what's the story about, but I'll sure that it's just like Baccano. All of the stories will be connected in the end.

Maybe because I like the story, plot and the chara development. I really looking forward for the next episode.

After the 1st episode, I immediately removed a top 5 anime and set DRRR as one of them and put Ryuugamine as top 10 character. This anime has so many cool characters, just like Baccano. And you know the plot is going to get epic with all the crossovers. So much mystery, Kickass OP and ED (Both the songs and the animations) and nice music, what else can I ask for?

It was very good as I thought so. I don't understand how the story goes; however, I think the story will be connected after few first episodes.

Seeing the 2 episode.. it was really interesting. Durarara is probably my favorite Winter 10

I'd give the anime so far a 9/10. Some serious shit happens later on and I really want to see if the animation pulls it off. If they don't, the score will drop a lot. If they do, 10/10.

As of episode 2, It's fantastic. I don't know why, maybe all those mysterious happenings are attracting me.
