Hi I'm Howling and I'm a 4chan addict.

I started posting as Anonymous on 4chan late 2006. Since then, I've thoroughly addicted to it, posting everyday unless in periods my internet fails me. The epitome of my addiction was in the one year period of Oct '08-Oct '09 when I posted as the tripfag Howling [~ Akari is Mai Waifu for around half of this period]. I used to spend 6~12 hours of my day posting. Quitting my tripcode effectively lowered my addiction and since then I've been healthily lurking around 1~2 hours a day, watching more animu and enjoying my time with real friends.

I briefly considered being a tripfag, but then I thought, why would I even want to be? It's a pointless exercise, considering I don't contribute. I'm of the opinion that one should only trip if they have an actual need to trip, for recognition. Like Hox, for example. Or Chartfag. Two fine, ideal examples of tripfags. If you're being a tripfag without contributing, it's just been vain, really. You're not on a goddamn forum, you don't need to be recognized. Just, stop. And I'll admit it, I was even one of those anons forever ago that were constantly spamming that, 'LOOK AT ME, I'M A TRIPFAG/AN ATTENTION WHORE!' image of someone doing a handstand.

But having said that, I do think 40% is oh so moe. And I do like certain tripfags, but the number doesn't exceed double digits.
