| Theres nothing like Higurashi.. Its just the best lol!! Elfen lied (its really good and with a psycho loli too) Chaos;Head (loli and horror, tho alot of people didnt like the show but eh..) Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (LOL dont get confused, yes its dark and yes theres psycho lolis and blood) Deadman Wonderland (More action than higurashi, but theres a psycho girl and lots of blood) Mirai Nikki (Blood, murder, 10/10 psycho girl) and Gakkou Gurashi (its said to be similar but i didnt watch it) |
| Madoka Magica and Gakkou Gurashi might be the closest... but yeah it's pretty rare. Nothing quite as blatant as Higurashi though |
