Getting rid of My Signature panel and merging it with forum panel

when i was new to this site it confused hell out of me to and i think many new users faces same issue especially who want to be part of forums...so my suggestion is to get Getting rid of My Signature panel & merging it with forum panel and giving users option to create a costume signature or to use mal generated signature in the same panel
