| Pretty lame chapter as usual. Give the fans some of the favorite characters then switch back to the scene he lest left us with. I don't understand what Kubo be thinking when he does this stuff. Why show Rukia and Renji right now? What purpose did it serve? How did it progress the story in any way? It was pure fanservice if you ask me. Trash chapter per the usual 1/5. |

| It's almost a talent in itself that Kubo has finally gotten to the (supposed) final showdown with the final boss, the cause of so much tragedy and even the reason for the death of the protagonist's mother and I can feel nothing but apathy in how it's presented. |

| Absolutely loving the Thousand Year blood War arc so far. Both Ichigo and Bach were utterly badass this chapter and hitsugaya jokes continue to be amusing. Kubo really manages to portray the scale of the war real well. How dare she show human emotion for person she cares for being in danger? She should be like Rukia and be a kuudere robot! Because that's how normal people are! Totally. Yes because everyone and their mother totally guessed that Zangetsu is manifestation of Ichigo's quincy powers and his looks and personality are based upon the final villain who is the old deceased quincy king who killed Ichigo and Ishida's mothers.
