| Hi, I just can't reach my profile. I can reach other profiles, but mine won't load. When I try to reach it it tells me: This site can't be reached, the connection was reset. Someone knows how to fix this? I let a friend of mine open the link and it's just working. It's a problem with my internet at home. I think maybe something with the IP adress but I'm not sure. |

| It's not malware and it isn't cache and cookies, because I have it on every device who is connected to this internet. I have no idea what kind of ip I have. I don't use any vpn. |

| Thats a problem i cant. Im lucky my other pc is directly connected with the modem and thats working fine. I cant reset or resrart anything because my father would get mad |
| Seeing that your connection is fine when connected through Ethernet, Im guessing its your Wi-Fi that is playing about. Turning your modem off and on would probably help but seeing that you cant do that I recommend right clicking your Wi-Fi icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and clicking Troubleshoot Problems (This is if your using Windows). This will then launch a Windows Troubleshoot Program which will try fixing any issues it finds. If it gives you the option to Explore Additional Problems then do that as well. I cant guarantee this will fix it but its best to give it a shot. |

| In your browser it's probably possible to open the console (look it up). Maybe if you look at what it says when you're trying to access the page, we will figure something out. |
