| I am searching for some anime where the MC is misundersood.... But what do i mean by that? An example (i think) would be Ryuuji from Toradora! Like all the people think the MC is a criminal or a bad person, but it is actually a good person... or also something like what happens with Yuu from Chatlotte, where he starts as a selfish guy and then become a better person. It has to be Romance |
| Binbougami ga!, Yankee-kun to Megane-chan and Fujimura-kun Mates fits well though the premise of those series in promising, it become boring half-way through because one reason or another and didn't have satisfying ending (in my opinion at least) except for perhaps Binbougami ga! |

| Kimi Ni Todoke fits this description perfectly. Same with Tonari No Kaibutsu-kun. Kare-Kano is famous for the portrayal of a "conflicting image" as is The Legend of Basara, but these are older series and the manga are much better ways to enjoy the respective stories. Ore Monogatari!!! Is also a really fun show that just recently came out, with a similar trope of teh guy looking really scary / mean but actually being very different. Otomen has a similar story, but it's a manga. |
