Haven't seen much info on it yet so can't really confirm or deny that. But I'm thinking it will be more of any original story and have nothing to do with either from what I've read about the movie. Story doesn't seem to have anything to do with neither from what I can tell anyways. | Well, going by what the synopsis says, It should be in between Season 2 and 3. BUT, If going by the Light Novel series, there is not a single spec mentioned of this movie. So, i think it's more like a thought up special to keep the viewers on edge for season 3. And believe me, I have read all the LN + Specials + Extras + whatever else there is. And no, I'm not really a fan of the anime, but the LN is simply amazing xD |

| This Movie is new story about what's happen Mother's Rosario Arc and Alicization Arc. But it by my opinion Alicization Arc hardly will be adopted into Anime, because of how long it is. S1 and S2 was first 8 volumes of Light Novel and Alicization Arc is 10 volumes long, so to adopt this Arc will need atleast 50+ episodes. :P |
