DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The student council president is awesome, she knows how to get a club fire up. Ako still having a hard time differentiating between fiction and reality. No surprise there. I thought it was fun seeing Ako and Nishimura explore the fictional worlds, felt like a date :D  I smell some jealousy coming from Ako though. |

| Ako's yandere behaviour is showing more and more especially now a new girl appears. And Ako doesn't like it. Akane's reaction when Nanako entered the game room was funny hopefully we got more events like that. |

Or so I thought, since Akane's friend didn't really said something about Akane's secret earlier. Could it be that her? |

| Nanako was in a hurry to get home eh? Hmmmmmmmmm.... Anyway Ako remains fucking amazing in every way. Even yandere mode. ESPECIALLY YANDERE MODE! And that diagram of her barrier? KAWAIIIII! Definitely in the running for best girl this season. She needs to be protected and cherished. Stop with the "new" girl and get on that already Rusian...in more ways than one! XD Also, their in-game undersea date and semi-erotic inn visit were fucking fantastic too. AKO X RUSIAN 4 EVER! XD |

| So, this episode coincides with the beginning of Level(=book) 2 of the light novels. The first novel focused on introducing the main cast and the general scenario, so one could say that this is where the story actually begins to progress... ...or so you would think, but, instead, this episode introduces a new "real" character and a new "game" character――well, a few new game characters, but one of them is obviously more important than the others. I liked the anime version of the date better than the novel version, because it feels more Ako: while most MMORPG players focus on grinding or farming or clearing quests, Ako enjoys the game in her own way. To her, how much gold or exp she can earn in an hour isn't as important as how much fun she can have in that same hour. And if she's having fun playing a game, why should it matter whether or not that's how the game is 'supposed' to be played? The funniest scene in this episode, in my opinion, is the one with Nekohime. "Nekohime really became a hime." Hilarious. If you didn't get the joke, it's a play on the word "hime":

| Interesting last scene. The ep felt like a drag in the middle though it was nice to see Ako and Nishimura on a sort of date. That scene with Saitou and her former guild was funny, and the first scene with Ako not improving her reality grasp was great. |

| Pretty fun episode up until the introduction of Sette. I'm hoping this doesn't drag on for too long and that it doesn't lrad to too much stupid drama. Also, I'm about 90% certain that Sette is actually Nanako in disguise; after all, the outfit is very similar to the one blatantly worn by her character in the OP. |

| We all know who that new character is...well at least I think I know who it is. What want to know is the motivation/reason for her getting so close to Rusian. Wished they gave something to work with in that supposedly preview. Anyway, looking forward to next week episode. |

| As usual, Ako was super adorable in this episode. Looks like she's got some competition now; that new girl is pretty fine in game and irl. Yandere mode, activate! All around this show is a lot better than I had anticipated. I can't wait til next week! |
| A lot of people here saying the new girl in the game is Nanako, and she probably is, but then why couldn't she type? I get that she probably hasn't played online games before, but that doesn't mean she shouldn't know how to use a keyboard. |

| Another great episode. Love how detailed and accurate this is to mmo games. Nearly cracked up during the whole lockbox discussion. And the other developments in episode with the new girl(well new in game) is hilarious and is bound to interesting. Maybe we will see more of yandere ako now? This show strikes a nice balance between realistic and scary storytelling and downright hilarious comedy. For god's sake, he's an otaku and she's cute and totally into him, he's not going to get a better chance in a thousand years. And she already is on the level as to assault other people in real life because of a game. It makes sense to hold off relationship progression till your waifu is actually sane. |

| I'm really starting to like the anime. The comedy is consistent and the series doesn't try too hard to establish a serious story, which prevents that it ends in a mess. Furthermore, the MMO aspect has been explored in a positive way so far. Let's see how a potential love rival could change the overall relationships and the story. Brace yourself for full yandere Ako. |

I know its terrible, but when I saw this moment I couldn't help but think... That it wasn't a mmorpg anime without tentacles. Regardless, still another decent episode that I enjoyed.
